Laura Nealon

Laura Nealon is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Western Small Business at Northbridge Insurance since August 2025. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Northbridge Financial Corporation, including Underwriting Manager, from July 2021 to September 2025. Experience also includes serving as SME Team Leader at RSA from September 2019 to July 2021 and progressing through multiple underwriting roles at Canadian Northern Shield Insurance Company from June 2013 to September 2019. Laura holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Limerick Institute of Technology, as well as a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
