Elizabeth Grater

Elizabeth Grater, MBA, LEED GA, currently serves as an Asset Manager at NorthBridge Partners since April 2025. Prior experience includes an Associate position in Private Real Estate at Partners Group from July 2019 to July 2025 and various roles in development analysis at Forum Real Estate Group. Elizabeth also contributed to marketing and business development at Design Workshop and held multiple administrative and coaching positions within swim and water polo programs, emphasizing team dynamics and skill development. Elizabeth earned an MBA in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with concentrations in Marketing and Management.
