Elisabeth Collins is an experienced educator and fitness instructor with a diverse background in teaching and coaching. Northbrook District 28 is located approximately 25 miles north of downtown Chicago, IL, and about four miles west of Lake Michigan. We are a public preK-8 elementary school district with four distinguished schools. Enrollment for the 2021-22 school year was 1,838.
