Paul Rogerson

Paul Rogerson has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Northcoders since April 2018, following various roles within the company including Software Engineer and Head of Mentoring, Software Engineer and Mentor, and Junior Software Engineer and Mentor. Prior to Northcoders, Paul held positions at KPMG UK from October 2013 to March 2018, advancing from Analyst in Technology Risk to Assistant Manager in Technology Risk Consulting. Paul's early career included a brief stint as a Trainee Junior Software Engineer at Northcoders in late 2017 and experience as a Bar Supervisor at Inventive Leisure from September 2010 to September 2013. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Development Studies from The University of Manchester, earned in 2013, and attended Dubai College from 2003 to 2009.
