Rowan Lennox

Rowan Lennox is an experienced leader in the disability services sector, currently serving as General Manager of Operations at Northcott since August 2018, where Rowan oversees a dedicated team that supports individuals with disabilities in housing and community services. Previously, Rowan held positions as General Manager for Early Childhood Services, managing a team of 200 to deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach across multiple regions. Additional leadership roles include ECEI Service Manager at OzGREEN, Director at Mid Coast Communities, and Local Area Coordinator at Coffs Coast Autism. Rowan's career in the sector began with a focus on program management, and Rowan holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Macquarie University.
