Troy Rachey (He/Him)

Troy Rachey (He/Him) has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1993. Troy began their career as a Manager at Video Universe in 1993, where they were responsible for supervising one to two employees, increasing customer service, and managing inventory of around 8,000 items. In 1996, they worked as a Teller at US Bank. In 2001, they were an intern Risk Analyst at Travelers Express/MoneyGram, where they consolidated information from various internal and external data sources for analysis, assisted the Fraud Prevention group, and audited current agents. In 2020, they were hired as the Director of Sales at Northcraft Analytics, where they were responsible for the company's offerings and ServiceNow license management tool. In the same year, they were promoted to Director of Information Technology Sales Consultants and Information Technology Sales Consultant at Northcraft Analytics. Troy then moved to Ushanktech in 2020, where they were the Director of Information Technology Sales & Resource Management. In 2022, they became President of TJR Universe LLC.

Troy Rachey attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Finance degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General.
