Cyndi (Gavlick) Park is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Northeast Arc since April 2015, Cyndi oversees financial controls and reporting for an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. Cyndi's previous roles include Deputy CFO and Assistant Vice President of Finance at Save the Children US, where management of a 20-member team occurred, and Vice President of Finance at The May Institute, which focuses on services for children with autism and brain injuries. Early career experience includes positions as Controller at Pathfinder International, Manager of Internal Audit Services at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Director of Finance at Brookhaven at Lexington. Cyndi holds an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Northeast Arc was created in the 1950s by parents of children with disabilities who rejected the assumption that their children should be institutionalized, and worked to create a community-based service system.
