Robert Banaski

Robert Banaski is the SVP & Director of Community Banking at Northeast Bank. Prior to their current role, Banaski served as Chief Administrative Officer at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC from September 2008 to May 2010. In this role, they led operations of the company and was responsible for the core business functions including human resources, financial planning and analysis, cash management, loan servicing, investor reporting, operations, internal audit and risk management, corporate governance, and insurance.

Banaski has also served as Director of Human Resources at Lehman Brothers from February 2007 to September 2008. In this role, they were responsible for leading human resources strategy in support of a growing ($1.0 billion) national commercial loan acquisition and servicing business. Robert reported to the Chief Executive Officer of the business and was responsible for leading the human resources function including workforce planning, talent acquisition, change management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and leadership and career development.

Robert Banaski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Robert Banaski reports to Richard Wayne, President & CEO. They work with Chris Delamater - SVP & Director, Customer Experience, Meegan Casey - SVP, Legal Counsel, and Jack Sullivan - SVP, Asset Management.
