Jeff Ruser has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jeff began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Chemprene, Inc. in 1998. Jeff then moved on to become the Vice President of Human Resources at Chemprene Inc in 2001. In 2007, they joined Tioga as the Director of Human Resources and held that role for fifteen years. Currently, they are working at Northeast Building Products, first as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and now as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Jeff Ruser has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Jeff also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Marist College. No specific start or end dates were provided for either of these educational experiences.
