Melody Poisson

Melody Poisson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lighthouse Credit Union since April 2018, Melody provides support and coaching to managers and staff on a range of employment issues, utilizing strong influencing skills to enhance management development. Prior to this role, Melody was an HR Generalist at Pope Manufacturing/Housing, LLC. from 2016 to 2018, where responsibilities included implementing employee policies and providing management with guidance on employee relations. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Lowes Home Center, Inc. from 2005 to 2016, where Melody administered human resource plans and developed personnel policies. Melody holds a degree from SNHU and is affiliated with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
