Dawn Dickinson is an experienced professional in revenue cycle management and operations within the dermatology and laboratory sectors. Currently, Dawn serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Optima Dermatology since June 2022 and holds the position of Senior Regional Director of Operations at Northeast Dermatology Associates since January 2020, having previously occupied the role of Regional Director of Operations there. Dawn also has a long-standing tenure at Laboratory Billing Solutions, starting in 2004 as Director of Client Relations & Revenue Cycle Management, managing client relationships and revenue cycle functions. Before this, from 1992 to 2004, Dawn was the Customer Service and Project Director at Path Lab, where oversight included a team managing client inquiries related to lab operations and technical services. Dawn is an alumna of Mount Washington College.
