Msw Nidhi Turner Licsw

Nidhi Turner, MSW, LICSW has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Nidhi started their career in 2005 as a Residential Childcare Specialist at Walker School, where they worked until 2009. Nidhi then joined Children's Hospital Boston as a Medical Social Work Intern from 2009 to 2010. Nidhi later worked at Eliot Community Human Services, starting as a FEE for Service Clinician in 2010 and eventually becoming the CBHI Intake Coordinator and ICC until 2012. In 2012, Nidhi joined Northeast Family Services as a Program Director, a role they held until 2015 when they were promoted to Clinical Director of Massachusetts Operations. In 2019, they became the VP of Community Based and Outpatient Services before assuming their current role as the Chief Operating Officer in 2020.

Nidhi Turner, MSW, LICSW, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2005. Nidhi then pursued their Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Children, Youth, and Family, from Boston College from 2007 to 2010. In July 2012, they obtained their additional certification as a Licensed Independent Social Worker from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
