Caroline Randolph

Caroline Randolph is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across philanthropy, sales, real estate, and fashion. Currently serving as a Philanthropy Partner and Donor Relations Officer at Northeast Georgia Health System since February 2022, Caroline excels in building relationships with major donors, having established key stewardship programs to enhance donor engagement. Prior to this role, Caroline contributed significantly as the Director of Corporate Sales at Southern Baked Pie Company, where strategic marketing and relationship building drove new business initiation. Previous experience also includes successful tenures as a Licensed Realtor at The Norton Agency, Director of Business Development at Worth New York, and various roles in women's fashion consulting. Caroline holds a BFA in Interior Design from The University of Georgia.
