Nicholas Benton

Nicholas Benton, MHA, FACHE, CPRP, serves as the Executive Director of Physician Enterprise at Northeast Georgia Health System since March 2019, focusing on physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, strategic development, and leadership alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Director of Physician Recruitment and Contracting, demonstrating a consistent record of success in hiring and onboarding processes. Nicholas is actively involved as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the Southeast Physician Recruiters Association, enhancing networking and professional development for healthcare recruiters. Previous experience includes roles at Erlanger Health System as Physician Recruitment & Operations Manager and Healthcare Recruiter, as well as leadership positions with healthcare human resources organizations in Tennessee. Nicholas holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
