Pat Shaul

Pat Shaul is a seasoned professional in organizational development and patient experience with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Interim Director at Northeast Georgia Health System, Pat has been instrumental in creating comprehensive onboarding programs for new leaders. Previous roles include Director of Education and Organizational Development at WellStar Atlanta Medical Center, where leadership courses and onboarding processes were developed, and Division Director of Patient Experience at HCA, overseeing patient satisfaction initiatives across 12 hospitals.
