Kelsey Keith has a strong background in population health management, starting with their role as the Director of Population Health at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Director of Population Health at the same company. From 2018 to 2022, Keith worked as the PCMH Program Manager at Northeast Georgia Health System. Before that, they held various roles at UNC Health Care, including PCMH CEC, PCMH Project Coordinator, and Population Health Specialist from 2013 to 2018.
