Tammy Soles has a diverse work experience, starting as an Adjunct Instructor at Lanier Technical College from an unspecified date in 2010 to May 2014, teaching Medical Terminology and Nutrition to adults. Tammy then joined Northeast Georgia Health System as a Critical Care RN from January 2005 to December 2012, gaining extensive experience in working with critically ill patients and coordinating performance improvement activities. Tammy later served as an RN Care Manager from December 2012, partnering with providers and leadership to improve clinical outcomes and integrating Patient Centered Medical Home concepts into primary care practices. Since January 2016, Tammy has been working at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, initially as a Practice Administrator, then transitioning to Administrative Director in February 2018, and eventually becoming the Director of Clinical Care & Staff Development in January 2020.

Tammy Soles completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of North Georgia from 2005 to 2007. Tammy then went on to pursue a Master of Nursing degree in Clinical Nurse Leader at Saint Xavier University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Tammy also obtained several certifications, including Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) Certification from the Commission on Nurse Certification in August 2015, Clinical Nurse Leader Certification from the Commission on Nurse Certification in August 2015, Clinical Nurse Leader Certification from the Commission on Nurse Certification in July 2015, and Clinical Health Coach Certification from the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium in May 2014.
