Courtney Pitta is a Pro Bono Manager at Northeast Legal Aid, Inc. Courtney oversees the LSC Pro Bono Innovation Fund grant, "Housing Justice for All", to increase the representation of tenants in eviction cases. Previously, Courtney worked as a Staff Attorney in the Housing Unit at Community Legal Aid, representing tenants in eviction actions and foreclosure defense litigation. Courtney also served as an AmeriCorps Attorney in the Housing Court Intervention Project and interned at Greater Boston Legal Services. Courtney holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from Ithaca College.
