Heather Zabukovec

Heather Zabukovec is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and administrative management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst and previously in roles such as Administrative Manager and Administrative Assistant at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since July 2012, Heather has developed expertise in optimizing office operations and enhancing employee efficiency. Prior to this, Heather worked at Lifetime Fitness Inc from December 2009 to July 2012 as a Member Service Specialist, where responsibilities included improving guest services and coordinating various club activities. Additionally, during a tenure at Restaurant Depot from September 2008 to September 2009 as a Reception Manager, Heather excelled in managing the reception desk and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Heather holds a degree in Technical Management with a focus on Human Resources from DeVry University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
