Janelle Olivier, MBA, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in benefits and total rewards management. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Analyst at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since August 2014, Janelle leads the development and administration of benefits and compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Previous roles at the same organization include Benefits and HRIS Administrator and HR Specialist focused on wellness and benefits, where Janelle provided analysis and recommendations regarding benefits offerings and employee support. Janelle's career began with a Human Resource Paraprofessional internship and various roles in customer service and nutrition care.
