Jeff Huang

Jeff Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and construction management. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Controls at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since 2012, Jeff Huang leads a team responsible for monitoring and tracking capital improvement projects, utilizing CPM methodology and performance analysis to prevent delays and budget overruns. Prior roles include Project Controls Specialist at G. Stephens Inc., where oversight of multi-million dollar projects involved earned value analysis and cost control, and Construction Engineer at H.R. Gray, where critical technical reports were developed for major claims. Earlier experience at SINOTECH ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS included managing planning and budgeting for large-scale expressway projects and civil engineering tasks such as site inspections and quality control. Jeff Huang holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading.
