Joe Yance has extensive experience in maintenance engineering, currently serving as the Superintendent of Plant Maintenance at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance at the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center. Prior to this role, Joe Yance worked as a Maintenance Manager at Birmingham Steel Corp from 1991 to 2001 and served as a Millwright. Joe Yance began a career in maintenance serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1991, attaining the rank of Corporal.
