Matthew Lauren

Matthew Lauren possesses a solid background in both analytical and operational roles within the food service and environmental sectors. Currently serving as an Analyst I at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since May 2021, Matthew has previously held positions including a Paraprofessional Laboratory Intern and a Kitchen Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from April 2018 to January 2022. Early experience includes a role as a Crew Member at Panera Bread from February 2017 to April 2018. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cleveland State University, completing studies in August 2022.
