Manager Of Systems Integration at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District

Meg Shively serves as the Manager of Systems Integration at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since August 2016, where responsibilities include change management related to new software implementation and workforce training for a staff of 700, as well as developing quality assurance and quality control protocols. Previously, Meg held the position of Administrative Manager for the City of Cleveland from June 2013 to July 2016, overseeing the maintenance of vacant properties and achieving an increase in recorded service visits. Meg holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Cleveland State University.
