Orjada Gecaj, MBA, CPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and analysis within the public sector and various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Billing Services and Systems at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since June 2016, Orjada has previously held roles such as Billing Services and Systems Analyst and Systems Integration Data Analyst.
