Thomas Shively has extensive experience in program and construction management, having served as the Program Manager at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District since September 2001. In this role, Shively oversees the Operational Readiness Program and has played a key role in the development of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Prior positions within the organization include Construction Manager, where oversight of a $200+ million annual capital improvement program took place, and Construction Supervisor, managing diverse sewer and tunnel construction projects. Shively's previous experience includes a decade at Montgomery Watson Harza as a Construction Project Manager, focusing on large tunneling and sewer projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Cleveland State University.
