Deanna Hornback

Deanna Hornback serves as the Director of Member Services at Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative since July 2021. Prior to this role, Deanna operated as a self-employed consultant from February 2020 to July 2021. Deanna's experience includes serving as the Finance Director for the City of Jonesboro from January 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of finance, accounting, payroll, purchasing, and budget management for the city's 80,000 residents. Previous positions include Finance Manager and Telecommunications Consultant at the City of Jonesboro, as well as Director of System Operations and General Manager at Suddenlink Communications, and System Manager and Office Manager at Cox Communications. Deanna holds a degree from Northeastern State University.
