Genoveva Gonzalez

Genoveva Gonzalez is an experienced Employment Specialist and Job Coach with a solid track record in workforce development since February 2017, currently employed at the Center for Independent Living. In addition, Genoveva has been assisting older job seekers through the AARP Foundation SCSEP since October 2015. Previous roles include Office Coordinator at Good Neighbors Farmers Market and founder of a Human Resources consulting firm, where Genoveva provided HR support to small businesses. Earlier in the career, roles in various human resources capacities at Sears Holdings Corporation and other organizations laid a strong foundation for expertise in employee relations, job placement, and organizational development. Genoveva holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, complemented by a Human Resource Management Certificate.
