Keith Loughney

Keith Loughney possesses extensive experience in the field of independent living and disability services. Currently, as Director of Independent Living Services and Outreach Coordinator at MyCIL since September 2022, Keith leads initiatives to support individuals with disabilities. Previously, Keith has held multiple roles including Resident Assistant at Allied Services since June 2007, providing care in residential settings, and Administrative Assistant to the Behavioral Health Initiative at The Commonwealth Medical College from October 2016 to September 2022. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant at Penn Foster Education, Academic Advisor at Penn Foster Career School, member of AmeriCorps, and various positions in customer service and sales. Keith holds a BA in Communication from PennWest California and an Associate in Science in Liberal Studies from Lackawanna College.
