Previously, Richard was the Managing Partner at Fitzgerald & Conta Pension Services, where Richard managed design and administrative services for numerous pension plans. Prior to that, Richard worked at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as an Enrolled Actuary, overseeing administration services and managing a team of employees. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Fordham University.
