Marcela Bonafina, Ph.D., is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with extensive experience in both clinical and forensic practices. Currently serving at the United States Department of Defense since April 2019, Marcela specializes in tele-behavioral health services for U.S. Armed Forces Service Members and provides comprehensive neuropsychological testing and psychological evaluations. In addition to work with military personnel, Marcela has maintained a private practice since 2003, offering a range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments and treatments. Other notable roles include consulting for the Northeast Regional Epilepsy Group and Harbor Healthcare System, as well as past positions with TRICARE® and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Educated at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, Marcela holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuropsychology, along with several advanced degrees in psychology from both the Graduate Center and the University of Buenos Aires.
