Chris Trakas

Chris Trakas is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in both public and internal auditing. Since 1990, Chris has operated as a sole practitioner at Christopher J Trakas, CPA, specializing in personal, corporate, LLC, partnership, and fiduciary taxes. In addition to this role, Chris has served as an Auditor at Northeast Retirement Services since February 2012, focusing on internal auditing and testing of internal controls. Previously, from September 1990 to February 2012, Chris worked as an Auditor at SBLI of Massachusetts, where responsibilities included establishing the internal auditing department, designing and testing internal controls, and preparing quarterly reports for the Board of Directors. Chris holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
