Kaitlyn Sirna

Kaitlyn Sirna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agriculture, business development, and community support. Currently serving as the Grant Administrator at Northeast SARE, Kaitlyn oversees two significant grant programs aimed at enhancing agricultural sustainability. As the Founder and Operator of Terrapin Consulting, Kaitlyn provides tailored business development and marketing strategies to support small businesses. Additionally, as the Co-Owner and Operations Manager of Sirna's, Kaitlyn manages daily operations, staff training, and marketing efforts. Kaitlyn has also held roles such as Senior Program Manager at the Center for Agricultural Development and Entrepreneurship and Community Garden & Youth Program Manager at Vines, focusing on community engagement and youth development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Communities from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from DePaul University.
