Anna Meresidis currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Audit Committee at Northeastern Illinois University since August 2023. Previously, Anna has been a Partner at Jenner & Block since August 2017, where significant contributions include representing Albertsons, Inc. concerning a $4 billion asset-based loan facility and a $750 million note offering. Prior to this, Anna worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from September 2003 to August 2017, participating in significant transactions such as advising HCP, Inc. on various credit facilities and its spin-off of Quality Care Properties, Inc. Anna earned a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University in 2000 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2003.
