Phil Osborn

Phil Osborn has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Phil began their career at Ernst & Young, where they started as a college hire and eventually became a Partner. During their time there, they focused on staff utilization, profit realization, and college recruiting for the consulting practice.

After leaving Ernst & Young, Osborn joined A.T. Kearney as a Principal. In this role, they played a key part in growing the firm's Strategic Information Technology Practice and developed the project management methodology known as Jupiter. Phil was also responsible for recruiting top IT talent from leading business schools.

Osborn then transitioned to IT Management Consultants Inc., where they served as the Managing Director. In this position, they were responsible for the firm's strategy, marketing, sales, service delivery, and financial performance. Phil worked closely with large CIO, COO, and CFO organizations, leading IT organizations of varying sizes and implementing innovative strategies and architectures.

Following their time at IT Management Consultants Inc., Osborn held various leadership positions, including Vice President at Convergys Intervoice Inc., where they aligned IT capabilities with business results and sponsored internal innovation incubators. Phil also served as a Partner at the Consulting Network Group, where they focused on developing cloud computing strategies and providing project cognizance.

In recent years, Osborn has served as Vice President at MORSCO, overseeing customer and pricing strategies, as well as accounting and analytics. Phil also worked as Vice President of Operations at epaCUBE and served as the President of SPIP Company.

Currently, Osborn holds the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Northeastern Supply. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in finance, operations, IT management, strategy development, and leadership.

Phil Osborn attended Kansas State University from 1975 to 1980, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Computer Science.
