Brian McGrath

Brian McGrath is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director for Analytics at Northeastern University since July 2010, Brian excels in translating complex business problems into data-driven insights, programming statistical and machine learning models, and creating interactive dashboards for institutional stakeholders. Previous roles at Northeastern University include Senior Data & Information Analyst and Business Intelligence Analyst, where Brian focused on executive decision-making support and data governance. Prior to that, Brian worked at WGBH as a Senior Benefits & HRIS Analyst, where responsibilities included HR data analysis and compliance.
