Bruce Maxwell

Bruce Maxwell serves as a Teaching Professor and Assistant Director for Computing Programs at Northeastern University in Seattle, focusing on computer vision and machine learning within the MS CS Program and the MS CS Align Bridge. Previously, Maxwell was a Visiting Professor and Director of Computing Programs at the Roux Institute, where responsibilities included developing MS degrees in Computer Science and Data Science. At Colby College, significant contributions included directing the Data Science Program and chairing the Computer Science department, where curricular redesign and faculty hiring enhanced diversity in CS-related degrees. Experience also includes a role as Director of Research at Tandent Vision Science, Inc., leading advancements in computer vision technology.
