Charles Torrey

Charles Torrey has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Northeastern University since April 2011. His role involves overseeing the operations of the Business Intelligence and Analytics Team and coordinating technology related to data warehousing and analytics tools. Previously, Charles managed the Information Delivery team at Circles, transforming static reporting into scalable business intelligence solutions. As a Managing Consultant at OpenPages, Inc., Charles advised major clients, including Fortune 100 companies. His earlier experience includes a managerial role at Deloitte Consulting, where Charles was responsible for technology solutions for large organizations, and a position as a Senior Business System Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Management & Policy and Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
