Cherese Childers-McKee

Cherese Childers-McKee is an accomplished academic professional with a significant background in education leadership. Currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Academic and Faculty Affairs, Associate Teaching Professor, and Director of the EdD Program at Northeastern University since July 2017, Cherese has also held positions at UNC Charlotte as the Faculty and Curriculum Development Coordinator and Graduate Student Affiliate at the Urban Education Collaborative. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Cultural Foundations of Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Education in TESL from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior teaching experience includes roles as a Teacher, Lead Teacher, and ESL Teacher in various school districts.
