Erin Provensal

Erin Provensal is an experienced instructional technologist currently serving as the Interim Senior Academic Instructional Technologist at Northeastern University since August 2019, where active collaboration with faculty focuses on the integration of educational technologies and the development of training curricula. Previously, Erin held roles at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Senior Instructional Technologist and an Instructional Technologist, providing extensive technical support and facilitating courses in collaboration with international institutions. Additional experience includes IT support at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and web management roles at the Harvard University Department of Economics. Erin's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Digital Media Arts and Instructional Design, along with a Graduate Professional Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard Extension School, complemented by a BA in English and Economics from Stonehill College.
