Erin Russo

Erin Russo is currently the Senior Associate Director of Admissions for Application Evaluation and Selection at Northeastern University since October 2022, after serving in various admissions roles since July 2013. Previously, Erin managed teams and strategies for application evaluation, including overseeing a review strategy for over 60,000 first-year applications and managing recruitment and yield processes for thousands of students from several U.S. states and East Asian countries. Prior experience includes a position as Graduate Assistant at Boston College, where Erin evaluated applications and led recruitment efforts. Erin holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in History and Hispanic Studies, both from Boston College.
