Heatherjean MacNeil

Heatherjean MacNeil, Ph.D., currently serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in Organizational Behavior at Northeastern University since January 2025. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director at Calling All Crows and Visiting Faculty in Organizational Behavior at Northeastern University. MacNeil's extensive experience in promoting women's leadership and addressing organizational change includes serving as Senior Vice President at Orange Grove Consulting and Global Director and Co-Founder of Babson's WIN Lab. A PhD Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Boston, MacNeil's dissertation explored feminist perspectives in entrepreneurship, while earlier roles encompassed various positions in marketing, communications, and creative direction. Academic credentials include a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior from UMass Boston, an MBA from Simmons University, and a degree from Marlboro College in International Bachelor of Arts.
