Hilary Sullivan

Hilary Sullivan serves as the Director of Community Service & Civic Engagement at Northeastern University, a position held since August 2012, where leadership includes a high-performing team of 8 staff and over 60 student leaders coordinating community engagement initiatives. Key achievements include founding a democratic engagement coalition that increased student voter participation significantly and managing a community grant program distributing over $200K to local nonprofits. Prior experience includes roles as a National Service Programs Coordinator and Senior Site Manager at Jumpstart, as well as a Family Literacy Program Specialist at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School. Hilary holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
