Jada Jackson

Jada Jackson, M.Ed., currently serves as the Community Engagement Manager at Northeastern University since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jada held the position of Associate Director of Student Engagement at Queens University of Charlotte from July 2022 to July 2023. Jada's professional experience includes a brief tenure as the Gate Unit Manager at Piedmont Airlines in 2022, and significant experience at Youth Villages, where responsibilities included MST Supervisor and MST Counselor from June 2019 to April 2022. An earlier role as an Academic Coach at North Carolina State University spanned from August 2018 to May 2019, alongside an internship as a Mental Health Counselor at the Community Counseling, Education, and Research Center (CCERC). Jada holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
