Rob Garrity

Rob Garrity is a seasoned public administrator with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Global Network at Northeastern University since December 2022, Garrity previously held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Innovation in the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, where oversight of the Strategic Innovation Group was a key responsibility. Garrity's career also includes significant roles such as Undersecretary for Operations Management at MassDOT, Chief of Staff in the City of Newton, and Executive Director at the Massachusetts Climate Action Network. With a solid educational background including a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Northeastern University, Garrity has cultivated expertise in process improvement and strategic innovation throughout a diverse range of governmental and non-profit organizations.
