Ryan Orlando Bender

Ryan Orlando Bender serves as the Director of Digital Solutions and Global Client Experience at Northeastern University, where responsibilities include leading extensive digital solutions and global client experience teams across multiple campuses in North America and Europe. With a background that includes roles such as Director of Digital University Solutions and Manager of Digital University Solutions, Ryan has driven initiatives to enhance digital workplace environments, led significant projects like the migration to Microsoft Teams VoIP, and established training programs for digital transformation. Previous experience encompasses positions at Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Manager, Jackson Television LTD as a Producer/Technical Director, and Sparkling Pool Services, Inc. as a Lifeguard. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Northeastern University while also studying at Swinburne University of Technology.
