Yazdan S. Rodd

Yazdan S. Rodd, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of Online Learning and Instructional Innovation at Frederick Community College, a position held since March 2021. With an extensive career in academia that spans over two decades, Rodd is also a Consultant and Senior Lecturer at Northeastern University, contributing to curriculum redesign initiatives in the Engineering Department and utilizing the Blackboard Learning Management System for online and hybrid course delivery. Past roles include Lecturer in Computer Science, Behavioral Science, and Global Learning at Bunker Hill Community College, where Rodd taught diverse subjects for over 15 years and held leadership positions as Associate Dean of Weekend College and Distance Education and Director of Instructional Design and Technology. Additionally, Rodd has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College and as Acting Dean at Merrimack College of Professional Studies. Rodd holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and multiple master's degrees, along with various certifications in e-learning and instructional technology.
