Laura Newell is an accomplished leadership coach at Laura Elizabeth Coaching Solutions since April 2023, with extensive experience in healthcare operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Medical Practices at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital since July 2013, Laura has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Medical Practices and Director of Physician Practices. Prior roles include Sales & Marketing Manager at Numia Medical Technology, Lead Generation Specialist at Mobile Medical International Corp, Housing Consultant at Bean's Homes, and Sales Assistant at Morgan Stanley. Laura holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Champlain College and has completed leadership coaching training at Teleos Leadership Institute.
