Sierra Downs

Sierra Downs is the Founder and CEO of Veritas Voice & Speech, LLC, established in June 2019, specializing in gender-affirming voice training, corporate communication, accent modification, and assessment and treatment of voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders. Sierra also serves as a Speech Language Pathologist at Norris Cotton Cancer Center and Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, where responsibilities include creating a Head and Neck Cancer SLP Clinic and providing specialized telehealth services. Previous experience includes various roles at Mayo Rehabilitation & Continuing Care, Genesis Rehab Services, BAYADA Home Health Care, and academic positions at The George Washington University. Sierra holds a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Boston University, along with an Associate of Arts from Mercer County Community College.
