Alfie Lamb

Alfie Lamb is an accomplished Finance Business Partner at Northern since July 2018, specializing in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on c£250m per year. As a senior member of both the finance and strategy teams, Alfie plays a pivotal role in procuring new rolling stock and associated financing, significantly impacting Northern's fleet. Previously, Alfie served as a Financial Controls and Management Information Accountant, where expertise in MI/BI reporting and forecasting contributed to professional development and opportunities to present at the Board of Directors. Alfie's early career included positions as an Assistant Financial Accountant and Financial Planning Assistant. Education includes a BSc Hons in Accounting and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University and A-Levels in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Business Studies from York College. Alfie is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant through CIMA.
